Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an IT Engineer I to support end-user systems, identity platforms, and cloud-first IT services. The role emphasizes operational excellence, user experience, and process adherence while developing skills in endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation.

You will collaborate with Helpdesk and IT teams to resolve issues, deploy solutions, and improve IT workflows and documentation, including scripting to automate tasks where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of systems administration experience in a professional setting.
• Customer-oriented mindset with focus on timely, high-quality resolutions.
• Experience supporting end users in remote or distributed environments.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and SSO platforms like Okta, OneLogin, or Auth0.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for Helpdesk for advanced end-user issues.
• Manage identity, access management, and SSO platforms including provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Assist in managing endpoint devices via MDM for secure user experience.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows per documented processes and compliance.
• Support rollout and adoption of new software tools and systems.
• Troubleshoot SaaS applications, Office 365, and endpoint hardware/software.
• Support remote employees across a distributed workforce.
