Job summary

Judi Health, a health technology company, is hiring an IT Engineer I to support end-user systems, identity platforms, and core IT services in a cloud-first environment. You will focus on operational excellence, user experience, and documentation, collaborating with Helpdesk and senior engineers to resolve issues and automate workflows.

Applicants should have 3–4 years in systems administration, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with Office 365, MDM, and SSO platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in systems administration or a related technical role.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on timely, high-quality problem resolution.
• Hands-on experience supporting end users in a remote or distributed environment.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts.
• Experience with SaaS application support and administration.
• Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Mac and Windows hardware/OS.
• Familiarity with SSO provisioning/deprovisioning (Okta/OneLogin/Auth0).
• Exposure to Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems.
• Basic scripting ability in Bash/PowerShell/Python (or willingness to develop).
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary escalation point for advanced end-user issues requiring investigation.
• Support day-to-day administration of identity, access management, and SSO platforms.
• Assist in managing endpoint devices using MDM to ensure a secure user experience.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows per documented processes.
• Partner with internal teams to support rollout of new software tools.
• Troubleshoot SaaS applications, Office 365, and endpoint hardware/software.
• Support remote employees across a distributed workforce and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring issues.
• Create and maintain IT documentation to support operations.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of new IT systems under guidance.
