Bancroft is a major human services agency in NJ/DE seeking a Director of Organizational Development & Learning to drive leadership development, workforce training, and organizational effectiveness in an autism-focused behavioral health setting. The role partners with clinical and operational leaders to upskill staff, implement learning strategies, and foster a compassionate, data-driven workplace culture.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Behavioral Health, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in organizational development, learning & development, or leadership development, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
3+ years of experience managing a diverse Organizational Development & Learning team.

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen culture, engagement, and retention.
Drive change management to support growth, transformation, and process improvements.
Use data-driven insights and assessments to inform development initiatives.
Design and oversee training programs to build clinical, leadership, and behavioral competencies.
Oversee onboarding to ground new employees in autism care, values, and best practices.
Evaluate and implement learning technologies and e-learning platforms.
Establish leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of leaders.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to strengthen management capabilities.
Lead succession planning for future leadership roles.
Partner with clinical leadership to develop training for therapists, behavior technicians, and clinical staff on autism intervention strategies.
Ensure compliance with certifications and continuing education requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous learning to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with HR, clinical teams, and senior leadership to align initiatives with goals.
Engage external providers and universities to expand learning opportunities.
Communicate impact of initiatives through reports to leadership.
