Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Supervisor to manage residential homes and supervise two or more direct support staff. You will interview, hire, train, and evaluate team performance while maintaining compliance with policies and laws.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED (associates preferred) and 1 year of relevant experience; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, with on-call rotation and a 9am-5pm schedule on weekdays.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and provide required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise two or more employees and direct care staff.
• Interview, hire recommendations, and train employees per policy.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; review performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure staff meet training requirements and attend events.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe residential homes for people supported.
• Support individuals to achieve goals via Individual Support Plans.
• Carry out responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional as needed.
