Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2–3 years in human services, strong communication, and reliable transportation. On-call responsibilities and collaboration with a dedicated team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related Human Services experience preferred.
• State requirements or regulations may apply (licensure/certification).
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs, including direct supports, planning, healthcare, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, and site maintenance.
• Supervise program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salaries, corrective action, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning, monitor service delivery to ensure engaging, person-centered supports.
• Be on-call to support staff, cover shifts as needed.
