Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in Human Services.
• Equivalency of education and experience may be considered per state requirements.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs, including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, and maintenance.
• Supervise program staff, including evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
• Oversee program planning, monitor service delivery, and ensure services are engaging and relevant.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
