The role emphasizes growth, fundraising and community partnerships to improve outcomes for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience, with a Master’s degree preferred, and demonstrate strong leadership and public speaking skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years in administrative or supervisory roles.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to partner across internal and external stakeholders, including government officials.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and compliance with state licensing and reporting standards.
• Formulate and implement an advisory board to expand resources and services.
• Assess operational issues and develop comprehensive solutions to maintain quality.
• Identify funding opportunities and conduct fundraising activities.
• Promote a positive public image and ensure governance and financial controls.
