Job summary

Access Community Care in Beaverton, OR seeks a Scheduling and Outreach Specialist to coordinate daily scheduling, staffing, and outreach for the Community Services Department. Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with background checks as defined by state regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in developmental disability services or similar.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, scheduling, coordination, admin experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and electronic record systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for DSPs, participants, families, and case managers regarding scheduling and coordination.
• Conduct timekeeping and schedule audits, identify discrepancies, and adjust schedules.
• Manage daily scheduling changes and ensure accurate attendance records.
• Maintain current schedules for DSPs and participants with open shifts and staffing gaps.
• Proactively fill open shifts by matching DSP availability with participant needs.
• Monitor authorized hours and service utilization to prevent overages and underutilization.
• Track incident reports and complete required follow-up within timelines.
• Support referral and service-start processes with meet-and-greets and onboarding.
