Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Staff Scheduler in Minnesota to coordinate Direct Support Professional staffing across designated homes and programs. You will work with Care Team Managers and Program Directors to optimize shifts, training, and shadowing while ensuring compliance with policies and client needs.

You will partner with admissions, finance, and operations to meet staffing requirements and reduce overtime, supporting the state of Michigan designated area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with complex scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule DSPs for shifts, training, and shadowing.
• Collaborate with CTMs and PDs to schedule DSPs.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise.
• Provide support for special projects and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and timely scheduling in the Scheduling Application.
• Work with admissions, finance, recruiting, and operations to meet staffing needs across homes.
