Job summary

RICHMOND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, INCORPORATED is seeking an IDD Support Specialist to support quality assurance, compliance, and data management initiatives for agency staff both full-time and part-time. The role includes auditing, tracking, reporting, documentation review, and data-driven outcome measurement.

The position requires knowledge of DBHDS regulations, HCBS standards, and experience with Therap systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Therap and quality management systems preferred.
• Current CPR and Therapeutic Options Instructor certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid Virginia Driver's License.
• Ability to pass all required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Supports agency quality assurance and compliance initiatives through audits and reviews.
• Maintains quality assurance tracking systems for compliance activities.
• Supports data driven outcomes through Therap BI reporting and dashboards.
• Assists with root cause analysis, CHRIS reporting, and policy updates.
• Conducts Therap documentation reviews and collaborates with leadership to improve practices.
• Supports training initiatives via LMS administration and certification tracking.
• Participates in Quality Improvement and Forms committees.
• Assists with program events and procurement of supplies.
• Researches regulations and policy requirements.
• Maintains required certifications and performs other duties as assigned.
