Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Director for IDD Services in Fresno. This role drives day-to-day operations across multiple programs, oversees direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high-quality services.

This is a temporary role with a competitive annual salary of $70,304, plus full benefits and retirement options.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs within a community.
• Organize supports, planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing, performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make hiring, transfers, and salary decisions as needed.
• Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts.
