Community Options, Inc. seeks a Director of IDD Community Services in Phoenix to lead employment programs for people with disabilities. You will develop and implement an employment program, manage contracts, and collaborate with other programs to meet individual goals and fiscal responsibilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of related experience, and knowledge of state regulations. You will build partnerships with businesses, support staff development, and oversee compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of experience in related field.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory bodies and regulations.
• Ability to establish a supportive relationship with individuals served.
• Employment contingent upon background checks and drug testing.

Responsabilités

• Manage employment programs and partner with stakeholders in compliance with state regulations.
• Define contract requirements for vocational and employment activities with agencies.
• Manage contract procurement and disbursements for community-based programs.
• Network with business leaders to develop employment, volunteer, and internship opportunities.
• Provide training on the methodology used to teach employment skills.
• Assist with training individuals to perform on-the-job tasks and routines.
• Support business development, fundraising and grants for employment programs.
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are accurate and timely.
