Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Group Homes Program Manager to supervise Direct Support staff, coordinate operations, staffing, and budgets for assigned facilities, and oversee quality assurance activities. The role involves conducting investigations for compliance and supporting the implementation of person-centered plans.

You will partner with clinical teams, manage on-call duties, and help ensure health and sanitary standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of administrative, training and personnel functions.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of assigned facilities.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals
• Assists with creating employee schedules ensuring that there is always adequate staffing coverage.
• Works closely with clinical staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardizing procedures, and expediting the implementation of person-centered plans.
• Provides shift coverage in times of acute shortages of direct support staff and on-call coverage as needed.
• Partner with the Worker’s Compensation team to ensure prompt reporting and investigation of employee injuries.
• Periodically monitors shifts to ensure legislative health and sanitary standards are met.
• Interviews, hires, coaches and terminates employees as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
