Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in residential services for people with I/DD.
• 2–3 years working as a Direct Support Professional.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Computer literacy for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, household operations, and vehicle maintenance.
• Manage budgets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support behavioral health needs.
• Communicate openly with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary partners.
• Provide steady leadership during urgent situations.
