Job summary

Help at Home seeks a Market Development Representative - I/DD to drive organic growth across all channels in PA, with field-based sales focus and regular travel to branches. The role emphasizes relationship-building with IDD providers and healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities.

You'll work autonomously in a remote-friendly environment while supporting the Field Sales function and achieving sales targets within the market.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales with growth accountability.
• Previous work with IDD service agencies or provider networks is valued.
• Ability to travel regularly within the market and operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with IDD service providers, referral sources, and healthcare professionals to generate new business.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the assigned market.
• Conduct market research, cold calling, networking, and industry events to grow the client base.
• Provide consultative solutions to meet client needs and educate stakeholders about home healthcare benefits.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by crafting effective go-to-market strategies and tracking performance.
