Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Market Development Representative - I/DD in Pennsylvania. This field-based sales role drives growth across IDD channels, building lasting relationships with providers, referral sources, and healthcare professionals to expand our presence.

You will work autonomously, travel weekly to branches, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with or within IDD service agencies or provider networks.
• Proven track record in roles business development, sales, partnerships, or business growth roles.
• Experience in the home health industry is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by building and nurturing relationships with IDD service providers, referral sources, and healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Conduct market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.
• Provide a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve established sales targets and goals within the assigned market.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met, and that the quality-of-service delivery is maintained.
