Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Market Development Representative for the IDD sector in the Pittsburgh market. This field-based role focuses on driving organic growth across distribution channels through relationship-building with potential clients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals.

You will travel regularly across the market, support remote/telework flexibility, and work toward meeting sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with or within IDD service agencies or provider networks.
• Proven track record in roles business development, sales, partnerships, or business growth roles.
• Experience in the home health industry is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Conduct market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.
• Provide a consultative sales approach to understand the specific needs of clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve established sales targets and goals within the assigned market.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service delivery quality is maintained.
