Thrive Homes Inc. in Tipton County, Indiana, is seeking a detail-driven Home Manager to lead daily operations of a residential home for individuals with IDD. You will ensure a safe, person-centered environment and oversee staff, scheduling, and compliance.

This role requires knowledge of IDD service regulations, supervisory experience, and strong communication with families and medical teams. The position offers a structured setting with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tennessee DDA rules and regulations.
• 1 year supervisory experience in IDD services or 3 years as a DSP.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration Certificates.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, clear background checks.
• Adequate vehicle insurance and all HR-required documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily home operations and uphold agency Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Ensure full compliance with DDA and licensure standards.
• Supervise, coach, and train DSP staff.
• Coordinate with families, care teams, and medical providers.
• Support person-centered outcomes and community integration.
• Manage medical appointments, physician orders, and MAR compliance.
• Maintain home safety, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and vehicle safety.
• Handle scheduling, attendance, and provide direct-support coverage when needed.
• Complete required documentation and financial procedures.
• Participate in leadership meetings and on-call rotation.
