Thrive Homes Inc. in Tipton County, TN, is hiring a detail-driven Home Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential home for individuals with IDD.

You will lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and ensure a person-centered, compliant care environment. The role requires knowledge of Tennessee DDA rules, supervisory experience in IDD or DSP background, and current First Aid/CPR plus medication administration certificates.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include knowledge of Tennessee DDA rules and regulations.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in IDD services or 3 years as a DSP.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Administration Certificates.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and clear background checks.
• Adequate vehicle insurance and HR-required documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily home operations while upholding agency Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Ensure full compliance with DDA and licensure standards.
• Supervise, coach, and train DSP staff.
• Coordinate with families, care teams, and medical providers.
• Support person-centered outcomes and community integration.
• Manage medical appointments, physician orders, and MAR compliance.
• Maintain home safety, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and vehicle safety.
• Handle scheduling, attendance, and provide direct-support coverage when needed.
• Complete required documentation and financial procedures.
• Participate in leadership meetings and on-call rotation.
