Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Homes Program Manager (IDD Population) to oversee residential operations in Montague, NJ. The role involves coordinating with clinical staff, ensuring adherence to person-centered plans, and supervising Group Home Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.

The position is on-site, with regional office meetings and no work-from-home option. Requires a high school diploma (degree preferred), relevant DD experience, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, Degree preferred.
• Years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• CPR, first aid, and NCI/MedTech certification are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardizing procedures, and expediting the implementation of person-centered plans.
• Provides shift coverage and problem solving with group home supervisors in times of acute shortages of direct support staff. Provides on-call coverage for people supported they support and services as needed.
• Works closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardize procedures, expedite support plan implementation and workflow and to improve the efficiency of subordinates.
• Works closely with Clinical Case Managers and other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardize procedures, expedite Person Centered Plan implementation and workflow and to improve efficiency of team.
• All other duties as assigned.
