Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and manage operations for facilities serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, clean living environment and coordinating staffing and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related experience, a high school diploma, and will be eligible for Habilitation Technician II

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules ensuring adequate staffing coverage at all times.
• Performs personal care duties as performed by Direct Support, e.g., personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Monitors and provides feedback to staff across all shifts in interactions with people supported.
• Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Monitors budget items within guidelines and reports on expenditures.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of direct care rotation.
• Ensures clean and maintained homes and yards for people supported.
