Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in home care or a related organization.
• Experience applying person-centered philosophy for people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Oversee and manage program records and licensing compliance.
• Complete payroll and billing documentation accurately and on time.
