Delta-T Group seeks a Group Home Manager in Brick, NJ to supervise daily operations across three residential homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. This temporary role offers varied shifts and a schedule designed to meet program needs.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of developmental disability experience, with one year in supervision. Compensation is $62,700 per year, with weekly processing and flexible hours to fit the program.

Formación

• Must have 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Ability to supervise, manage and direct programs.

Responsabilidades

• To plan, supervise, manage and direct the overall operation of the residence.
• Will flex work hours to meet the needs of the program.
• Provide training, supervision and support to subordinate staff.
• Ensure compliance with funding sources and provides effective oversight in the functions of the residential programs.
• Must network and communicate effectively with funding sources, supervisors, co-workers, subordinate staff, participants, and community partners.
