Specialized Residential Services in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Supervisor to lead staff and oversee group-home operations. You will ensure the clinical needs of residents with IDD are met and create a nurturing, supportive environment on-site.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a starting salary of $41,600 per year plus a $2,000 hiring bonus and an on-call stipend; benefits include health/dental/vision and more.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Experience with IDD population required.
• Strong leadership and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency in recreational planning.
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
