• 5 years of supervision and business operations experience.
• Valid driver's license and automotive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Administrator in analyzing unit’s financial performance via performance reports.
• Prepare budgets and perform monthly financial report analysis.
• Coordinate with department heads to establish and monitor systems for service user or employee information.
• Supervise maintenance, secretary/receptionist staff and office operations.
• Oversee deposits, petty cash, and accounts payable checks.
