Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking an IDD Facility Executive Director to lead daily operations, ensuring high quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities and related conditions. The role supervises administrative, clinical, financial, and employee relations functions while aligning with state and federal policy requirements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a human services or health administration field, plus 5–7 years of management experience and IDD exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field, healthcare management or general business/public administration.
• Graduate degrees in related areas are preferred.
• Five to seven years of prior management experience with comparable responsibilities.
• IDD experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs Quality Management Team activities to ensure high quality supports and outcomes.
• Enforces Personal Outcome Measures for growth and program design benefits.
• Ensures adequate clinical supervision/oversight by the clinical team.
• Implements the Unit Quality Improvement Plan and staff training policies.
• Maintains the unit Quality Assurance system and conducts chart reviews per policy.
• Keeps current on regulatory standards and addresses survey/audit issues promptly.
• Leads corrective action plans for audits, life safety, licensure and LME monitoring.
