Zusammenfassung

RHA Health Services is hiring an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for a single IDD-focused business unit. You will ensure person-centered, high-quality services while maintaining regulatory compliance and leading a high-performing, interdisciplinary team.

The role oversees clinical, administrative, and workforce operations, with a focus on quality improvement, risk mitigation, and collaboration with external agencies and families.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Health Administration, Social Work, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in IDD services or related settings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards and quality frameworks (e.g., HCBS, CMS, CARF, state licensing).
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and drive service excellence in a regulated environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing operating budgets and business metrics.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with regulatory bodies, MCOs, families.
