Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Mentor, OH is seeking a Day Program Manager to oversee the Day Program's supports and services. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating service delivery, hiring and training, and contributing to individual support plan development for individuals served.

The position offers a full-time schedule, with work hours 7a-4p, Monday through Friday, no holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
