ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Mentor, OH, seeks a Day Program Manager to oversee the day program operations from 7a-4p, Monday through Friday, with no holidays or weekends. Salary is $45,000 per year.

Role includes personnel management, coordinating service delivery, and supporting individuals in the Day Program and Employment Services. Qualifications include a four-year degree in social or human services (preferred) and at least two years in human services; management experience

• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Hiring, training and retaining quality employees.
• Participating in the development of individual support plans for individuals served.

Requirements for this position include:

• Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
