Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle for trainings/transport.

Responsibilities

Direct supervisor of direct support staff; interview, hire, orient and train.
Participates in on-call system; ensures health and welfare of individuals.
Coordinates schedules, activities and routines; promotes community participation.
Transports individuals or coordinates transportation for meetings and activities.
Maintains records of inventory and funds; adheres to budget.
Upholds professional ethics and performs duties of direct care staff.
