Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in the Human Services field, preferably with IDD.
• At least two years of direct support experience with adults with IDD.
• Valid CA Driver License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement person‑centered Individualized Support Plans with participants.
• Conduct assessments to identify participants’ needs and goals.
• Monitor and adjust support plans to meet evolving needs.
• Advocate for participants’ rights and needs.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

Team supervision experience

Crisis intervention skills

Education

BA Degree in a related field
