Job summary

Freedom Behavioral in New Deal is actively seeking a qualified Program Coordinator for the Intense Outpatient Program (IOP). This role involves leadership, collaboration with various stakeholders, and ensuring quality outpatient therapy services for geriatric patients.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, management experience in a clinical setting, and preferably prior work with mental health. Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing clinical programs, and managing patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years management/leadership in a clinical setting (preferred).
• Prior work with mental health (preferred).
• Prior experience working with Geriatric patients (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and supervision for all staff of the Outpatient Program.
• Develops and revises clinical programming proposals.
• Participates in the marketing process to grow admissions.
