Job summary

Corewell Health seeks a compassionate and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help launch and support an outpatient clinic for adults (16+) with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The role is full-time, in a clinical outpatient setting, and includes program development and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and families.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, perform FBAs, and provide staff training while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 1 year of relevant experience with 1 to 3 years’ experience as BCBA preferred.
• Certified BCBA or BCBA-on hire required

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments for adults with IDD.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans with measurable goals.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and related evaluations.
• Collaborate with providers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate and train staff on behavior management and de-escalation techniques.
• Supervise data collection to determine intervention effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation to meet billing guidelines.
• Adhere to ethics guidelines by the BACB.
