RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a licensed BCBA to lead clinical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in North Jersey. The IDD BCBA will review ISPs, develop behavior plans, supervise staff, and coordinate care across multiple programs in the region.

You will provide direct supervision (in person or virtually), participate in quality assurance activities, uphold privacy and ethics standards, and support emergency response and crisis planning within a

Qualificações

• Must hold current BCBA certification and be in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience with individuals with IDD; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and coordinates clinical services across programs in the region.
• Reviews ISP and develops behavior plans; coordinates clinical resources.
• Provides direct clinical supervision face-to-face or via video/phone.
• Coordinates IDT meetings and reviews case progress with staff.
• Upholds privacy and confidentiality per regulations and ethics.
