Qualifikationen

• Must hold BCaBA certification and remain in good standing with BACB.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Experience with individuals with IDD/ developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience implementing behavior support plans and collecting data preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge related to IDD and behavioral health services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs program development, implementation, oversight, and coordination of behavioral services.
• Provides behavioral services across multiple programs within the region.
• Assists with ISPs coordination and review.
• Reviews ISPs and assists with coordinating clinical resources.
• Development, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of behavior support plans.
• Collects, analyzes, and monitors behavioral data.
• Provides behavioral consultation and support to individuals and staff.
• Participates in training and coaching of direct support staff on evidence-based strategies.
• Contributes to Unit Quality Improvement Plan and QA activities.
• Assists in developing crisis materials and plans; supports during consumer crises.
