Job summary

In2 HR & Talent seeks an experienced Director/ BCBA to provide clinical leadership in Stanhope, NJ. The role focuses on positive behavior support, ABA, and improving outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will supervise staff, conduct assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based behavioral strategies in a flexible hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D credential required.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and/or Positive Behavior Supports.
• Ability to train, supervise, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs and direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and other clinical assessments.
• Develop individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
• Establish measurable goals for reducing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals, strategies, and interventions as needed.
• Provide behavioral interventions, consultation, and group or individual support.
