RHA Health Services, LLC in North Brunswick, New Jersey, is hiring an IDD BCaBA (Full-Time) to develop and oversee behavioral services across programs in the region. The role involves reviewing ISPs, coordinating clinical resources, and providing behavioral support to staff and individuals served.

You will collect data, implement behavior support plans, supervise staff, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Formación

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with IDD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience implementing behavior support plans and data collection preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations related to IDD and behavioral health services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, oversee, and coordinate behavioral services.
• Provide behavioral support across multiple programs.
• Assist with ISP coordination and development of behavior plans.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate outcomes.
• Train and coach staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Support QA activities and crisis response planning.
