Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a closely related field.
• Current BCBA credential.
• Current NJ professional licensure.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with individuals with disabilities in behavior modification or behavioral support.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to train and consult with staff at varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate behavioral support needs in community-based residential and family support programs.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise individualized behavior modification and support programs.
• Conduct clinical assessments and use data to guide treatment recommendations.
• Develop goals and intervention strategies to promote independence and skill development.
• Provide training and ongoing support to residential and program staff.
• Ensure timely reporting and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
