Merrick & Company is seeking a highly qualified Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Lewiston office. This leadership role focuses on managing and delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects in northern Idaho and eastern Washington.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant experience, strong engineering design skills, and a successful track record in client development and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience in municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Strong technical design experience and proficiency in the preparation of construction documents.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex water and wastewater projects, managing multi-discipline teams.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering staff.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit management team on strategic planning.
