Job summary

Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to ensure high-quality residential services and full regulatory compliance. This leadership role focuses on licensing standards within ID and/or Behavioral Health, demanding integrity and professionalism.

The position oversees DSPs, coordinates documentation, and ensures program implementation meets agency requirements. A strong candidate has supervisory experience and a background in ID/BH services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ for Personal Care Homes) and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities (ID/BH).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Residential group home experience preferred.
• Ability to pass Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSPs and conduct meetings.
• Respond to calls during off hours.
• Perform DSP duties as needed and fill shifts.
• Complete time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure health and safety standards compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in ID/BH.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

Position Details:

Schedule: Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk. (Days and Hours vary based on program needs)

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise DSP’s and conduct meetings.
• Respond to calls during off hours.
• Perform DSP duties as needed and fills shifts when necessary.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the ID or BH field.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older or 21 years of older for Personal Care Homes
• Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities (based on position)
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Residential Group Home experience
