Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of supportive programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field
• Bachelor’s degree with work experience in human services or related field preferred
• One year of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to complete and maintain required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) within timeframes
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a privately maintained vehicle may be required
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances and verifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance are met while performing direct support duties as scheduled.
• Support individuals in areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism and promote inclusion.
