Job summary

NEDAP Inc. is seeking an iD Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our North American Operations in Burlington, MA, hybrid work model. The role spans solution design, deployment, troubleshooting, product feedback, and selected pre-sales activities.

You will interact with retailers and technical colleagues, combining hands-on judgment with clear communication and ownership. You will design integrations, deploy end-to-end testing, and serve as a trusted technical advisor while enabling customer teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Eng or related field with 2–8 years of experience.
• Experience specifying, configuring, or troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, data feeds, or APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and support customer integrations across IT architecture, data flows, networks, and data sources.
• Deploy and optimize end‑to‑end testing of data transfer, network/hardware connectivity, and performance.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating tradeoffs into clear recommendations.
• Support pre-sales and demonstrations with technical discovery and demos.
• Enable customer teams through training for long-term operation.
• Turn feedback into improvements by documenting patterns and influencing the roadmap.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and inform product teams.
