Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital, part of Baptist Health, seeks a Tier 2 Pool Registered Nurse for a Seasonal contract in the SICU. Per Diem schedule 6:30 AM to 7 PM with float to all hospital areas and a 12/16/18/24 week commitment, totaling 36 hours weekly.

Required ASN, FL RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP as applicable; minimum 2 years of RN experience. Pay rate is approx $66/hour depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• ASN; FL RN license; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (depending on unit).

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-family centered care using evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety and service.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed; work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (36 hours/week).
• Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are not eligible for PTO or Baptist Health benefits during the agreement period.
