Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse for a seasonal, per diem position in Neuro Telemetry. The role requires floating to all hospital areas, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM shifts, and a commitment to 12–24 weeks. ASN and Florida RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable are required.

Minimum 2 years of experience expected; benefits and PTO are not included for pool staff. Estimated pay is $61 per hour, with pay depending on shift.

Qualifications

• ASN and FL RN license to practice in Florida.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (as applicable).
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in acute care or relevant unit.
• Ability to float to all hospital areas as needed during the contract period.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Neuro Telemetry.
• Deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate care and document accurately across units.
