Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred.
• Nursing student in clinical rotation completed or state testing complete.
• Successful completion of PCT training program within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of a RN or health care professional.
• Acts as liaison between patient and nurse for changes or concerns.
• Delivers high level customer service to patients, family, visitors, and staff.
• Documents patient care accurately, promptly and clearly.
• Communicates effectively with the health care team at all times.
