Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred.
• Nursing student with clinical rotation complete or state testing completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under supervision of RN or healthcare professional.
• Record vital signs and assist with personal care and mobility.
• Serve as liaison between patient and nurse and report changes.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care where applicable.
• Comply with infection control and safety policies.
