Job summary

Beacon Health Options is seeking a part-time night shift caregiver at Elkhart General Hospital’s ICU Step-Down unit. You will assist patients with daily living activities and communicate changes to the RN, supporting a respectful and compassionate care environment.

The role operates in a relationship-based care model with supervision by the nursing leadership, aligning with hospital standards and Beacon’s values of trust and integrity.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with activities of daily living as delegated by RN.
• Maintain timely updates to the nurse regarding changes in patient information.
• Demonstrates Beacon values of respect, trust, integrity and compassion.
• Functions within the relationship-based care nursing model.

Responsibilities
