Job summary

Baptist Health's Bethesda Hospital in Boynton Beach is seeking a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse for a seasonal contract in ICU Step Down. Per diem, 7P-7:30A shifts with a 36-hour week, floating to units as needed, in a program that excludes PTO during the period.

Candidates must be an ASN with FL RN eligibility and hold BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP per unit. Minimum 2 years RN experience required.

Qualifications

• ASN degree and Florida RN license eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as required by unit.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Float to all hospital areas as needed or assigned.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the contract period (36 hours/week).
• Provide bedside care in ICU/Step Down units in a seasonal pool setting.
• Adhere to Baptist Health policies; participate in seasonal pool requirements and related guidelines.
