Job summary

Baptist Health's Bethesda West location is seeking a Tier 2 Pool Registered Nurse for ICU on a seasonal, per diem basis, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role is in the Baptist Health Seasonal Nursing Pool, a temporary nursing position in the hospital setting.

Candidates must have 2 years of Critical Care experience, FL RN license, and BLS/ACLS (PALS/NRP depending on unit) certification. Commitments available for 12, 16, 18 or 24 weeks with three 12-hour shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Critical Care RN experience required.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse in FL; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certification per AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (total 36 hours weekly).
• Seasonal Nursing Pool does not receive PTO or benefits during the agreement period.
