This role involves floating to various hospital units as needed and covering 36 hours weekly in a 12-hour shift pattern. The position requires 2+ years of nursing experience, FL RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• ASN required; Florida RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool contract with 12–24 week options.
• Must float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours) and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside patient care in the cardiovascular step-down unit.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver quality outcomes.
